The time to start looking for jobs and internships is now. No matter if you are a new or returning student, the majority of the top consulting and finance firms have begun their search and hiring process for Summer 2023 internships and entry level jobs. Example companies include McKinsey, Deloitte, JP Morgan Chase, EY, Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse. The earlier you can apply to roles, the better! This is also the case for select companies in other sectors, like technology and consumer goods, as well.
While this may seem daunting, particularly to those who are just entering their respective programs, do not fear! The CSE team has been working hard to make the search and application process as straightforward as possible. The best place to start is our CSE Early Recruiting Guide.
It is also vitally important for you to connect with your Career Coach as soon as possible to discuss your career search strategy and to make sure that your resume is up to the standard many of these companies expect. Your Career Coach will work with you to hone your interviewing skills, identify appropriate opportunities and answer any questions you may have about the search and application process moving forward.
There are plenty of other resources available to you through Handshake that can provide you with additional information and companies that may be of interest to you during your search for jobs and internships.
