Why Do Interviewers Ask/What are their Expectations

Here is your chance to make the interviewers think, “THIS is the right person for the job!” Similarly to “What are your strengths”, The interviewer needs to determine if what you’re good at will be a good fit for this role and for the company. Make it easy for the interviewer by describing your strengths in a way that will make them think, “Yes! This is the person we need for this role.”

Points to prepare are:

What are the top three best reasons to hire you?
What makes you stand out from the competition?

This is an opportunity to reiterate key strengths and memorable selling points. Make sure to highlight your own unique combination of skills and experiences.
