Project Outline:
Hybrid role based in Lexington, MA

This individual will help implement how we bring omnichannel engagement to life for the US Medical Affairs organization. They will play an important role in the implementation of US Medical’s website and help build a compliant social media strategy or social listening for our HCPs.
- Be a part of team and help coordinate new content, new features, and new capabilities for US Medical’s website alongside key stakeholders in the business and technology.
- Responsible for the review and refinement analytics and insights dashboards for the website, social media, and congresses driving next best action or A/B testing assessing the HCP experience and engagement
- Execute on projects ranging from content engine to HCP engagement related to the website and social media, including coordination and collaboration driving to on-time delivery and with a process-oriented approach
- Develop operational plans for campaign execution, sets metrics and measurement plan.
- Steward medical web and social content through medical, legal, regulatory reviews, as required.

Requirements / Qualifications:
- Currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Takeda does not provide sponsorship for internship positions.
- Available to work full-time (40 hours per week), within the core business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm, for 10-12 weeks during the summer months.
- Undergraduate or Graduate student with completion of a minimum of one year of university studies.
- Ideal areas of study include Marketing or Business Administration with a focus on digital marketing, omnichannel, customer engagement, social media, or related disciplines.
- Ideally experienced in Microsoft Productivity Suite, including Teams.
- Ability to manage the execution and tracking of multiple tasks and engage professionally with key stakeholders.
- Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship with Takeda.

The hourly pay rate range is $20.00 per hour – $46.00 per hour. The final pay rate offered for this internship may consider several factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
