This position is for a 12-week internship role from June – August 2025. Resume review begins in January 2025.
Biogen develops medicines for debilitating medical conditions with the goal of making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives. The Global Clinical Supply Chain Team plays an integral role in helping patients gain access to best-in-class medicines.
Position Description
As an intern in the Global Clinical Supply Chain Team, you will be exposed to a variety of operations and get a firsthand view of what it takes to manufacture and deliver the best therapies to patients worldwide. As part of this internship, you will be required to:
- Revamp and re-organize our existing knowledge management platform by developing a robust end user strategy for the existing system and working across the team and cross functionally to enable access to data and information easier and effective.
- Analyze existing inventory reconciliation practices for Drug Product and Finished Good Inventory within Biogen’s Oracle ERP System and lead an effort to reconcile and accurately document inventory quantities.
- Work on day-to-day Clinical Site Support queries by helping the team action on critical tickets and be part of the issue resolution process.
- Participate and assist project leads in projects part of the Global Clinical Supply Chain Roadmap.
- Assist in developing and preparing metrics, dashboards and KPI reporting for the team.

To participate in the Biogen Internship Program, students must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- At least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date
- Be currently enrolled in an accredited community college, college or university with a graduation date no earlier than August 2025.
Education
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in an Arts, Science or Management field with at least one year of completed at the time of starting internship.
