Job Description:

Perform the monthly/quarterly portfolio reconciliation process for our separately managed accounts

Overseeing and reviewing work from external teams as well as liaising with various internal teams to review and enhance internal and external reporting

Preparing and/or reviewing fund forecasts, performance estimates, and other ad-hoc projects

Preparing and/or reviewing the calculations and payments of various firm revenues, including management fees and incentive fees

Monitoring accounting related data in internal systems

Preparing and/or reviewing expense allocations, payments, and budgets

Ensure information is properly presented in regulatory filings such as Form ADV

Reviewing fund legal documents and assisting in building processes and templates for new fund launches

Qualifications:

1+ years of public accounting, fund, or administrator experience, preferably Big 4 and private asset management

CPA preferred

Advanced Excel skills required

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, including commitment to excellence in work product

Effective written and verbal communication

Strong time management and multi-tasking skills

Independent worker / proactive self-starter

Strong desire to learn and a collaborative team player, always willing to assist colleagues
