The position will be based in Houlihan Lokey’s New York office. Financial analysts are instrumental members of deal teams, which typically comprise a combination of a managing director, vice president, associate, and financial analyst. You will be actively involved in transaction-oriented work for our clients. In addition, you will analyze financial statements, general economic conditions, industry-specific conditions and developments, acquisitions, divestitures, and various investment attributes of publicly traded and private securities.
Applicants should have a minimum of one year of investment banking experience; no Class of 2020 graduates, please. The ideal candidate would have FIG investment banking experience or a passion for the industry. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications; possess strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
