This role serves as a key resource to partner with multiple customer team finance managers in support of financial reporting and analysis, invoice management, and stewardship.
#1 Financial Reporting and Analysis: Examples include 1) Shipment and Share reports (shipment vs consumption, share reporting, shipment forecasts), 2) trade fund system reports (monthly forecast locks and trade fund reports) and 3) Management reporting (Sales, Profitability…). Responsibilities include generating and consolidating data from multiple systems (Internal Systems, Nielsen, customer systems and others), automating processes and improving data reporting/visualization (Power BI).
#2 Invoice Management: Partner with P&G Accounts Receivable to determine root cause through resolution of customer deductions and maintaining low level of aged invoices. In addition to invoice management, this role leads the invalid coupon deduction process including analyzing central reports, providing category splits and correcting duplicate deductions.
#3 Stewardship and Audit Management: Develop, update and/or maintain all necessary reports to conduct quality Health/Spot Checks, including Deduction Reports, List of Promotions not Paid in Full, and Accrual Support File. Support Sales in development of their trade Fund forecast including policy clarifications, system troubleshooting and funds reconciliation. Act as Team Controls Coordinator, including Selling, Organization and General controls and 3rd Party.

Excellent communication skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
