Education: Shenyao (She/Her/Hers) graduated in December 2020 with her Master of Science in Finance and Master of Business Administration dual degree with a double concentration in Finance and Data Analytics. She gained her Bachelor of Management majoring in Business Administration from Shanghai University, and Bachelor of Law as a minor degree from East China University of Political Science and Law.
Work History: Shenyao joined the Career Strategy and Engagement Center (CSE) as a junior captain in Fall 2020. Before studying at Brandeis International Business School, she worked at the Bank of China in Shanghai for five years, focusing on corporate banking and bank loans that served both SME and large companies. She also completed an internship in a boutique consulting firm in Spring 2020, and continued to intern for the company in Fall 2020 focusing on business data analytics. After graduating, Shenyao is hoping to work in a Finance related field such as Investment Banking industry.
Extracurriculars & Hobbies: Outside of school, Shenyao loves traveling, hiking, and K-pop music. She was also an award winning alto in the university chorus when she was an undergraduate.
