The Mentor Program Series at Brandeis International Business School

The annual Mentor Program Series introduces Brandeis International Business School students to alumni who have expressed interest in offering mentorship. Please find more information on the 2024 Mentor Program Series below:

How does the 2024 Mentor Program Series work?

The Mentor Program Series consists of 3 parts:

  1. “Maximizing Mentorship” virtual workshop with Geri Brehm (optional): In this virtual workshop, CSE’s Career Coach Geri Brehm reviews tips and best practices for successful and fulfilling mentorship experiences. Workshop topics include: What is a mentor? How do I ask for mentorship? What are my goals for mentorship? How do I stay organized as I communicate with mentors? The Maximizing Mentorship workshop will be recorded for students unable to attend.
  2. 2024 Mentor Program Series virtual introductory events – attend one or more: Four virtual events held in February and March 2024 introduce student mentees to alumni mentors for virtual small-group conversations about navigating career strategy in four general career fields: Consulting; Finance (including general finance and real estate); Data Analytics, and Marketing/Brand/Product/Project Management. These events will not be recorded. See details below
  3. 1:1 mentor/mentee conversations – schedule one or more throughout 2024: Students and alumni mentors have 1:1 mentorship conversations, virtually or in-person, scheduled at one or more mutually convenient times throughout the remainder of 2024. Student mentee contacts one or more alumni mentor(s) throughout 2024 to schedule
