Welcome to the MSF Community!
Here you’ll find resources such as articles, job and internship opportunities, events and career inspiration tailored to Master of Science in Finance (MSF) students.
My name is Jennifer Voldins, and I am a Senior Associate Director of Career Strategies and Engagement at the Brandeis School of Business and Economics. I look forward to working with you throughout your time at Brandeis and beyond.
Before joining Brandeis, I spent many years working in the foreign exchange and global fixed income markets in roles spanning sales/trading, research, banking, and portfolio management. I have worked at firms including Barclays, BNY Mellon, TCW Group, and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. I have also contributed questions for the CFA Society Boston’s Level III practice exam.
Success in finance requires both technical expertise and strong professional skills.
The MSF curriculum helps you build the hard skills employers expect, while CSE resources and programming focus on communication, networking, and career readiness. Because many top firms recruit early, I work closely with students on résumés and online profiles, including LinkedIn and Handshake, and conduct mock interviews to help students prepare with confidence.
I encourage you to explore the Career Communities section of this site to learn more about careers in Consulting, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, and Technology and Innovation.
A great way to get involved is through student clubs, which provide opportunities to connect with peers, industry professionals, and Brandeis alumni, including:
- Global Markets Investment Club (GMIC)
- Brandeis Consulting Association (BCA)
- Entrepreneurship and Innovation Lab
- Real Estate Investment Club
To meet with me, including for résumé reviews or mock interviews, please schedule an appointment through Handshake.
