Welcome to Brandeis International Business School! Whether on campus or communicating over a distance, the Career Strategies and Engagement Center (CSE) partners with our students around the globe throughout the year. The CSE is your primary career strategy source while at Brandeis International Business School, and we look forward to getting to know you during Orientation and beyond.

Career activities begin long before Orientation, positioning you for the early career readiness that employers expect from business school students. Recruiting cycles for some internships and full time jobs may be as early as a year ahead of the position start date, particularly for large financial or management consulting firms such as Goldman Sachs, BlackRock and McKinsey.

Please read all correspondence from “Career Strategies and Engagement (CSE)” carefully and promptly as this information will be essential for your participation in CSE and recruiting activities.

Required Resume Review AssignmentFirst Deadline: June 30, 2023. A CSE-approved Brandeis-format resume is your first step in business school career readiness. Approved resumes are included in the Brandeis International Business School Resume Book, and are required to apply for jobs/internships and register for Industry Treks or career-related events. Apply now: Summer 2024 InternshipsLarge, established organizations, especially in the finance and consulting industries, begin recruiting their summer interns and entry level employees a year in advance. Therefore, many organizations are already recruiting for open positions to start a year from now. Check out the CSE Early Recruiting Master for Summer 2024 internships that have already begun hiring.
Meet Your Career Coach SessionsWatch your email for invitations to join upcoming “Meet Your Career Coach” virtual events. Although not mandatory, we encourage you to attend at least one of your program’s sessions. During these brief “Meet and Greets” you will have the opportunity to introduce yourself, meet your fellow classmates, and ask general career strategy questions. We hope to see you there!
