What You Will Do

As a member of the North America Deliver Analytics team in Consumer Health, you will be responsible for defining analytics strategies, implementing data systems and applications to support business needs, and translating these strategies into measurable business results. This includes collecting large sets of structured and unstructured data from disparate sources, analyzing business data, and providing actionable insights to key stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and understanding of data and business analysis concepts, as well as proficiency in relevant tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build descriptive to prescriptive analytical tools to improve our operational efficiency, improve service, and reduce cost.
- Ability to tell a succinct, meaningful, and actionable story with data using visualization (Tableau, Power BI or other visualization tools).
- Act as an analytics SME for our Deliver Supply Chain functions and drive the identification and business case development of advanced analytics use cases within the E2E supply chain.
- Apply Agile Project Management skills to optimally deliver analytics use cases to the business, on time and as expected.
- Collaborate and communicate across our extended team and primary stakeholders to deploy analytics use cases, inclusive of organizational change management activities, to drive adoption of new capabilities and retire old processes.
- Introduce new ideas to shift our organizations ways of working, improving speed to insight.
- Deploy our Analytics Enablement strategy, upskill all levels of the organization in aspiration of our Digital Supply Chain Strategy
- Use innovative technologies to solve complex business problems.
- Integrate into key business operational processes, as required, to effectively understand the needs of our supply chain business end-to-end and identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize business processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Information Systems or related field.
- 1+ years work experience Supply Chain, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field
- Experience or solid understanding of data visualization software (e.g. PowerBI) and querying (SQL).
- Advanced proficiency of various Data & Analytics tools, with demonstrated results in optimizing business processes.
Preferred Skills-
- Project Management/leadership experience
- E2E Supply Chain experience
- Experience with analytical technologies such as, R Shiny, Alteryx, Microsoft Azure, Azure Databricks, Celonis, etc.
- Experience working in Python or R.
- Advanced proficiency of various Data & Analytics tools, with demonstrated business results in optimizing business processes.
- Strong demonstrated organization and oral/written communication skills.
- Experience balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.

The anticipated base pay range for this role is ($68,000 to $110,400)
