Summary
The Brand Marketing Intern will assist in the development and execution of marketing plans, leveraging assortment, promotions and communication to drive a High Rate of Sales across all our channels. Key cross-functional relationships include Sales, Analytics, Media as well as Product Development and Innovation Brand Managers.
Responsibilities
- Assess retail assortment to win in the marketplace
- Develop and execute holistic marketing plans across relevant touchpoints along the consumer journey
- Execute winning go-to-market plans for new product launches
- Closely track in-market performance of both new items as well as established ones, recommending interventions or course-correction when needed to achieve breakthrough goals
- Organize marketing materials to support international teams
- Manage sample requests for meetings, marketing needs and PR
- Share best practices and learning across businesses
- Collaborate and communicate with creative, marketing and sales partners to advance ideas and work to completion.
- Deliver against tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lead and collaborate in a dynamic, fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Ability to work cross functionally with engineers and other disciplines
- Ability to embrace change and quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and project management skills.
